It doesn’t take long to notice we are actually preparing the order, not pushing a button on a machine. There is no comparison beween a “barista” prepared espresso that is carefully ground, measured and tamped and one that comes from an automatic espresso machine like large chains use.

Caffe Ibis is a locally owned an award winning "Green Business" and artisan custom coffee roasting house founded in 1976 by Randy Wirth and Sally Sears. Caffe Ibis focus is on Triple Certified, Organic, Fair Trade, and Smithsonian Shade Grown "Bird-Friendly"® coffee from around the world.
